CapTel NZ provides both a phone-based and a web-based service. Both services display captions of your phone conversations while you’re speaking. Just like an ordinary call, you listen to what the other person says, but with one major difference – what they say is also displayed on a screen for you to read. So even if you struggle to hear parts of the conversation, you can easily read the parts you’ve missed.
